DIETARY FIBERS

Image
Importance of Dietary Fibre Fiber forms the skeletal system of plants. Without it no plant or tree would be able to stand upright. Dietary fiber consists of those parts of the plant foods that  cannot be digested by enzymes or other digestive secretions in the alimentary canal. Dietary fiber plays an important role in the maintenance of health and prevention of diseases. There is sufficient evidence to suggest that an artificial depletion of fiber as in case of refined cereals and sugar has over the last 100 years contributed to several degenerative diseases. Recent studies in this area indicate that sufficient intake of fiber-rich diet may help prevent obesity, colon cancer, heart disease, gallstones, irritable bowel syndrome and  diabetic conditions.  Studies have also established that dietary fiber is a collection of elements with a variety of  functions rather than a single substance with single function as was assumed earlier. This new...

AMAZING AMINO ACIDS

Image
In 1838, a Dutch chemist, G.J. Mulder, described a certain organic material as "unquestionably  the most important of all known substances in the organic kingdom. Without it, no life appears  possible on our planet. Through its means the chief phenomena of life are produced. " This  complex nitrogen-bearing substance was called protein from the Greek word meaning " take the  first place."   The presence of  nitrogen distinguishes proteins from carbohydrates and fats.  Proteins are thus vital substances, which form important constituent of muscles, tissues, and the  blood. Proteins supply the building material for the body and make good the wear and tear of  tissues. Several substances concerned with vital life processes such as enzymes, which help in  digestion of food, are chiefly protein in nature. There are several varieties of protein. Each type contains a specific number of "building blocks "  known as AMINO-ACIDS ....

Hair fall - causes, treatment and home remedies

Image
Loss of hair at a very tender age has become a common disorder these days. Hair is formed in minute pockets in the skin, called follicles. An upgrowth at the base of the folic, called the papilla, actually produces hair ; when a special group of  cells turn amino acids into keratin, a type of protein of which hair is made. The rate of production of these protein " building blocks." determines hair growth. Causes The most important cause of loss of hair is inadequate nutrition. Even a partial lack of almost any nutrient may cause hair to fall. Persons Lacking vitamin B6 lose their hair and those deficient in folic acid often  become completely bald. But the hair grows normally after the liberal intake of these vitamins. Another important cause of falling of hair is stress such as worry, anxiety and sudden shock. Stress leads to a severe tension in the skin of the scalp. This adversely affects the supply of essential nutrition required for the healthy growth of the...

Horrifying vaccines - aborted fetal cell lines used in vaccines

Image
More on the use of aborted fetal cell lines found in vaccines First of all, why is this important? It boils down to religious, moral, ethical and personal beliefs about abortion, sale of aborted baby parts for profit, freedom to choose what I put in my or my child’s body and the question of what happens when the DNA of one human being is inserted into the DNA of another human being. The short answer to that last question is, WE DON’T KNOW! Here are the names of some of the fetus cell lines: The WI-38 cell line was developed by Dr. Leonard Hayflick in 1962, by taking lung tissue from an aborted baby. The WI comes from Wistar Institute and the 38 is the number of aborted babies used until they found the “perfect” cell line for their purposes. The MRC-5 cell line was developed for the Medical Research Council in England by J.P. Jacobs in 1966 from lung tissue of an aborted baby. These are vaccines that contain human DNA and aborted fetal tissue from these cell lines: Adenovir...

Vericose veins - causes, symptoms and treatment

Image
Vericose veins                    Veins are thin-walled vessels through which the impure blood is carried back to the heart. They usually  have valves which regular the flow of blood towards the heart. Varicose veins are a condition in which veins become enlarged, dilated or thickened. Varicose veins can occur in any part of the body but generally appear on the legs. The veins of the legs are the largest in the body and they carry the blood from the lower extremities upwards towards the heart. The direction of circulation in these vessels is largely determined by gravity. Though there are no mechanical obstacles to blood-flow, it is usually the incompetence of the valve which leads to an increase in intravenous pressure. Varicose veins have an unsightly appearance and can be dangerous. A blood clot within a large, greatly dilated vein may breakaway and move toward the heart and lungs, causing serious complications. Accordin...

Horrifying vaccines

Image
I got a facebook update on what do we inject in our babies in the first 2 year's of birth. I liked that comment and started thinking if it's actually true or just an update by a user. When I started reading about vaccines after that, I was shocked that those figures were actually somewhat right. I also found out if we take the whole vaccination chart in india, it's much more chemicals then mentioned in that facebook update. I am getting involved more into this matter to gather more information. For now I am just writing a initial blog as an eye opener, like that facebook update was for me. Now let's see more about vaccines. What exactly is in vaccines? And, are the ingredients toxic?  If you want to be shocked, read this. It is a link the to the CDC’s vaccine ingredients contained in all of the approved vaccines. You can read it for yourself.  https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/b/excipient-table-2.pdf In India it may...

Can virgin Coconut oil treat covid-19

Image
Is Coconut oil a treatment for corona virus? Extra virgin raw unrefined cold pressed Coconut oil with MCT's and Monolaurin. What Is Monolaurin? Monolaurin is a chemical derived from lauric acid and glycerin, and is a byproduct of coconut fat. For the past two decades, research scientists have been investigating possible applications for monolaurin in medicine, sanitization, and food preservation. Coconut oil and certain coconut products contain approximately 50 percent lauric acid. Monolaurin is many times more effective than lauric acid at killing viruses and bacteria; however, researchers aren’t sure exactly how it’s formed in the human body. Lauric acid can be ingested in coconut oil and your body will convert it into monolaurin, but researchers are unsure of the conversion rates. But suggested dosages are 1000-3000 mg. Other sources of lauric acid and other minerals and vitamins boosting immunity and health: Extra virgin coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut milk ...
