Mritsanjeevani mudra for preventing heart attack

This mudra is the combination of apana mudra and vayu Mudra. The person who is doing this mudra will get the benefits of both the mudras. Apana vayu is also called as mritsanjeevani mudra. This mudra can snatch a person away from the clutches of death in the cases of heart attack. How to do ----------------- Sit on a yoga mat or on a chair in comfortable position, also can close your eyes. Touch the tip of the middle and Ring finger with the tip of the thumb. The index finger should touch the base of the thumb finger. The little finger remains straight. This can be done with both the hands. You can also place the back of your hands onto the knees. While doing this mudra concentrate on breathing inhale and exhale slowly. Curry leaves are widely used natural flavouring agent in indian kitchens. It gives natural aroma to your food. Curry tree is a native to India and Sri Lanka. The leaves are botanically classified as murraya koenigii. Curry tree is growing upto 2-4 metres in height and flower of the tree is white in colour and leaves are aromatic of size 2-4 cm long and 1-2 cm broad.
